Delivery policy – despatch dates/times
Every endeavour will be made to despatch yours goods within 1-2 working days. If your order is urgent, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, depending on stock availability. If your delivery is required on a specific date, when ordering please let us know and we will always try and meet your requirements wherever possible.

Delivery method and costs
All orders despatched from ourselves will be sent via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is included in all product prices.

Goods damaged in transit
Goods which you suspect may have been damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately by calling 03333 444199 and confirmed in writing within 48 hours by email to bfsa8@btinternet.com or in writing to BFSA, The Training Centre, New Princess Street, Holbeck, Leeds, LS11 9BA. Recycling packaging material
Goods are despatched in mixed materials including cardboard paper and plastic. These can either be recycled or disposed of at your local waste recycling centre.
